WHAT TO EXPECT
New patients are evaluated during a one and a half hour psychiatric interview. Initial diagnostic impressions and treatment considerations are discussed at the end of this meeting. A second visit is scheduled within one to four weeks of the evaluation. Close monitoring of your progress is an essential part of optimal care. Subsequent follow-up visits are scheduled based on individual needs.
AVAILABILITY
I am available outside of scheduled appointment times for important clinical issues. Routine questions and medication adjustments are best made during a regular scheduled session to allow full discussion of your concerns. Patients who require frequent or extended phone consultations will be billed for that additional time.
FEES AND INSURANCE
I offer care tailored to the individualized needs of each patient. I do not participate in managed care or insurance networks of any type. My practice is strictly on a fee-for-service basis. The fee schedule is reviewed with you when you contact our office.
Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. Patients are responsible for promptly meeting at reserved appointment times. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and missed sessions are charged at the full fee.
